My Retirement Plan

It boils down to 2 things really. 

First is the SEO affiliate game. 

I love it because I can build out content that will pay me for weeks, months, and years to come. 

While it requires some work up front, it’s one of the most passive business models I’ve ever been a part of. 

Literally, I have pages that pay me month after month - some are going on 5 + years! 

Secondly, is list. 

For starters, I love writing emails probably just as much if not more than the SEO. 

All because I’ve been doing it for so long - it’s become somewhat therapeutic at times. 

But like the SEO - it’s passive as well. 

Some of you have been reading this very newsletter for the better part of 10 years.

I can literally spend 20-30 minutes on writing an email talking about something dumb that happened, a lesson, or sharing a cool strategy. 

Bad-uh-bing. 

Immediately. 

I began to see Cha-Ching messages come through my inbox. 

Then I can take those same emails, plug them into automations. 

… they’ll run for me on autopilot. 

But there’s a reason all of this happens. 

It’s not that I’m an expert copywriter. 

I’m no slouch but I’m not slaving away hours on end at copy. 

You shouldn’t be either. 

Copywriters are being replaced by AI in the droves. 

The secret is all because most of the people that listen to me have done 1 thing in common. 

You ready for it?

This is the key right here. 

They’ve all bought something from me. 

While my list is very small compared to a lot of others. 

Mine is almost all buyers. 

There’s a few that trickled in here and there but most are all…

BUYERS!

Underline that shit. 

Because that my friends

Is the difference maker. 

And here’s the thing. 

It totally compliments my overall SEO approach. 

Because when we publish something new and fresh - we’ve got REAL, instant eyeballs and as we all know…

Is a signal that helps push our stuff to the top.
